• Initial Consultation

• Property Visit

After review of your project needs, we will schedule a visit with you to come see the property and evaluate the project site. We will discuss all of your needs, design ideas, and take all necessary measurements to begin your design process.

• Design Plan

We will work on providing you with initial drawings. We can always adjust the plans as needed so that they are to your satisfaction.

• Scope of work/Quotation

We will outline a scope of work and provide an estimate for the cost of your project. We will work with you to ensure we remain within your budget and help you make the necessary decisions.

• Contract and schedule

Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will sign a contract and begin with scheduling the start date of your project. All projects are unique and they sometimes require a specific application process. We will work on producing all the needed paperwork and applications for permits.

• Product selection

Once work has started, we will work with you to ensure the materials are selected and available to install. We have a rolodex of material suppliers we can share with you as well.

• Project Management

From beginning to end, we will manage the entire renovation project. We will oversee the project with visits to the property to ensure things are as planned and within budget.

• Project closing

Once the work is complete, we will have you approve it and make all final payments. Your project is now complete and your new space is ready for you to enjoy!
